30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your Lumière Intimates purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Original tags must be attached
• Items must be in original packaging
• Hygiene stickers on panties must be intact
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

How to Return

1. Contact Us: Email hello@lumiereintimates.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Receive Authorization: We will send you a return authorization and prepaid shipping label
3. Pack Your Items: Securely pack items in original packaging
4. Ship: Attach the prepaid label and drop off at any authorized shipping location
5. Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors. Simply indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange, and we will ship your new item as soon as we receive your return.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes clearance items and special promotional products.
